Vice Chairman of Ekeremor Local Government Area of Bayelsa State, Hon Barr. Dennis Degienini has felicitate His Excellency, Sen Douye Diri and Sen Lawrence Erhujakpo on their eventful and successful second term swearing-in as Governor and Deputy Governor of Bayelsa State.
In a statement issued to newsmen in Yenagoa, the State capital, Hon Degienini lauds the the Prosperity Government for the even distribution of democratic dividends and the groundbreaking infrastructural development across the length and breath of the state.
He particularly thanked Governor Diri for the construction and completion of the Yenagoa-Ekeremor road which link several communities and have given the Ekeremor people access to the capital city unhindered.
“Your first four years was extremely amazing, impactful and developmental driven.
Every nook and cranny of the state felt the impact and present of governance.
Hence, the people reposed the same confidence on you and our great party, the PDP by voting massively for you to continue the good works you have started.
“This second term, we know and believe in your capacity and Political will that you will do even more by embarking on people oriented programmes and projects, as well as human capital empowerment that will prosper all Bayelsans.
“It is therefore, my heartfelt prayer that God Almighty will give you the needed wisdom to listen to the yearning and aspiration of the people as you continue to make impact and write your name in gold, in the anal of history in our dear state and Nigeria at large.
Once again, Congratulations Sir.
