Ngozi Nancy Philip emerged as the overall best graduating student from Babcock University while her twin Sister Nnenna Sylvia Philip emerged as the overall best Graduating Student in the school of Basic Medicals Sciences, Babcock university.
They hail from Umuobiakwa, in Obingwa Local Government Area of Abia State, Nigeria.
