Vice Chairman of Ekeremor Local Government Council Hon. Barr. Dennis Degienini has congratulate the Senator representing Bayelsa West in the Nigerian Senate, Sen. Henry Seriake Dickson on the memorable, historic and epoch making occasion of his birth anniversary.
According to him, Seriake Dickson is a leader par excellence, a trailblazer, seasoned administrator and an astute politician who has contributed immensely to the growth of Nigeria nascent democracy.
In his goodwill message made newsmen in Yenagoa, Barr. Dennis describe Dickson as a ‘pillar of democracy’ whose flair for human capital development is second to none.
