Chief Amb Francis Boumiebi JP, the Ogungbeinwei of Ogulagha Kingdom and Karewei of Obetebe Kingdom has roll out barrels of felicitation to Chief Ebikeme Anthony Clark on his appointment, screening and confirmation as Commissioner and Member of the State Executive Council, SEC.
Clark, who was a Former Chairman of Burutu Local Government was appointed alongside others by the Governor of Delta State, His Excellency, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori.
Boumiebi, an immediate past Senior Special Assistant, SSA, commend Governor Oborevwori for appointing two Commissioners in Burutu, hereby enhancing equal representation in the two state Constituencies.
The dogged PDP Chieftain task the new Commissioner to deliver on the dividend of democracy and pray to God to give him the divine enablement, wisdom to lead.
Until his appointment, Chief Ebikeme Anthony Clark was a Special Adviser to the Delta State Government.
