The Stool of Amayanabo of Okochiri Kingdom, King Ateke Tom, have been elevated from second class to first class by the Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara.
This happened on Saturday 2nd March 2024. When the Okrika Divisional council of chiefs, honoured king Ateke Tom with “kirike be se puko” which means “the voice of kirike”.
