Former president of Ogulagha Youth Association, OYA, Comr. Bright B. A. Guwor has congratulated Comr. Ato Deck Pere on the very unique occasion of his birth anniversary.
Bright Guwor, a youth advocate, who hail from the oil Ogulagha Community, states that Ato Deck Pere is worth Celebrating because of his humanistic and humanitarian role to humanity.
In his goodwill message, Guwor describe Deck Pere has a ‘worthy friend and big brother’, distinct, admirable and examplary.
