Niger Delta renowned activist, advocate and social crusader, Comr Keneware Emmanuel popularly known as the ‘Pentiger’ has felicitate one of Niger Delta finest voice and Advocate, Eric Omare Esq on the very memorable, auspicious and historic occasion of his birth anniversary.
Omare, A former Spokesman and 7th President of the revered Ijaw Youth Council, IYC, Worldwide is a voice to reckon with. A man of super intellect, pedigree, and juristic mind.
A man who has intellectually, historically and dutifully written his name in gold in the Niger Delta liberation struggle for resource control and self determination.
While as Spokesman of Council, Omare’s voice was heard and recognize globally, while putting the Ijaw challenges at the front banner.
As a professional legal practitioner, Omare could be described as an entity, an institution, who serves as a facelift, hope, mentor, role model and icon.
If history can reckon with Adaka Boro, Harold Dappa Biriye, Oronto Douglas, Felix Tuodolor and others, Eric Omare has dutifully made the list, because posterity will forever remember him.
Birth Anniversaries are sacrosanct, as they mark a new beginning in ones life. Hence, I use this medium to felicitate, celebrate and shower encomium on a rare gem who have paid his dues and contributed immensely to the Ijaw liberation.
