As death is an inevitable end in human race, late Mrs Regina Tukorogha nee Onoja is set to finally journey home to mother earth to join her forebears, in her hometown Ipole Otukpa, in Benue State, Nigeria.
Mama Regina who left behind a husband, 6 children, 20 grandchildren and a great grand child. Amongst whom is the current Youth President of the oil rich Ogulagha Community, Comr. Austin Babangida Tukorogha.
Mama Regina, who finds love in Ijaw land (Ogulagha and Kou Kingdoms precisely), is set to be honoured and celebrated by her Ijaw in-laws as they set to storm her hometown, Otukpa, to pay tribute and give her last respect.
According to the official flier, signed by Rt CPL. James Ojo Abogo, for the family and Comr. Austin Babangida Tukorogha Onbehalf of the children, the burial arrangements is scheduled as follows;
Monday 15th April 2024;
Service of Song @Edwin Tukorogha’s Compound, Ogulagha Town, Burutu LGA, Delta State.
Time is 4pm.
Thursday 18th April 2024, @ 8AM;
Corpse leave AME SPECIALIST CLINIC MORTUARY @ Okumagba Avenue, Warri to her hometown, Ipole Otukpa, off Efoko road, by the Catholic Church, Benue State.
6pm: Social Wake till Dawn
Friday 19th April 2024 @8AM
Interment/Final Burial Rites
While on Sunday 28th April 2024 @10AM;
Outing Service @Holy Ghost Arena Zion Ministry, Ogulagha.
Meanwhile, as Ijaws from far and near set to storm Benue State, Ijaw music maestro Best May stands-tall to thrilled the audience and show Benue people the ‘Owigiri’ dance steps of the Ijaw People till dawn.
Mama Regina Tukorogha, until her death is aged 72 years.
She is a caring and loving mother, down to earth, humble, calm, generous, Godly and highly spirited.
However, friends, family, loved ones, well-wishers and the general public is invited to grace the occasion.
