INTRODUCTION
Hon. Alapala Anthony Ebitonmo represents Burutu Constituency I in the Delta State House of Assembly. Following his victory in the February 2024 rerun election, he was sworn in as a member of the 8th Delta State House of Assembly and has since served as Minority Whip of the House.
Hon Alapala Successfully reclaimed and secured the Burutu Constituency I mandate through the February 2024 rerun election.
Sworn in as a member of the Delta State House of Assembly and actively participates in legislative proceedings.
He Participates in committee assignments, including leadership responsibilities in House Committee activities. Contributing to legislative oversight, debates, and policy discussions.
CONSTITUENCY PROJECTS
Despite the hurdles Hon Alapala faced, he was able to influence the following projects:
1) Construction of two detached apartment in Gbekebor secondary school teacher’s quarters 90% completed

3) Renovation and Rehabilitation of three classroom blocks and a toilet at Serikoromo Primary school, Oyagbene (contractor mobilised)

5) Renovation of three classroom block and teacher’s office complex at Enekorogha grammar School.

6) construction of borehole water project at Gbekebor from Niger Delta River Basin office — Completed.

7) Revive an Abandoned 2 walk way concrete landing jetty project at Gbekebor — 90% completed
8) Renovation of school building, Ekpebuwei Primary school Ogulagha. About to commence, ward 11
9) Water projects in Five communities, drainage in one of them

2) Supply of 305 primary school desks, chairs, and tables to various schools in Burutu North (under way)
3) Presidential Amnesty programme: About 40 students (constituents) are beneficiaries into various Nigeria universities
