In what he describe as ignorant, the National Secretary General of the revered Ogulagha Kingdom Youth Council, OKYC, Comr. Efe Alaye has responded to the publication made by the Burutu North Coalition For Equity and Justice, BNCEJ, attacking the article by Comr Keneware Emmanuel with the caption “Burutu LGA Chairmanship and Ogulagha Quest For Political Equity and Fairness”.

The article which was published by Briga News Nigeria received a blacklash from one Mr Douye, spokesperson of the BNCEJ, alleging that Ward 11 can’t produce Burutu Council Chairman because it has enjoyed more elected position in Burutu Local Government with specific mentioning to Chief Francis Boumiebi, former PDP Vice Chairman, Burutu LGA, Chief Combolous Ikisa, immediate past chairman Burutu LGA and Rt Hon Julius Pondi, member representing Burutu Federal Constituency in the House Of Representative.
The group moved further to mention Dr. Shedrack Agediga, immediate past Executive Director, DESOPADEC and current Chairman, Delta Bursary and Scholarship Board.

Alaye, in a press statement issued in Warri, states that the group is alien to Burutu politics and are ignorant of the facts-in-issue in the polity.

He states that if the group is bold and recognized, how can the spokesperson be hiding his identity, bearing Douye. Douye who?
Which Ward is he from?

“A critical perusal and study of Comr Keneware’s advocacy points to the fact that he was advocating for Ogulagha Kingdom and not the entire Ward 11.
Ogulagha Kingdom is the golden hen that lays the golden egg yet denied of Chairmanship seat of the local Government since inception.

“You also mentioned our very dear and respectable Rt Hon Julius Pondi, whom the BNCEJ will also attest that he has worked very well and his still given us the best representation for his current term.
Didn’t the BNCEJ read were Comr Keneware brought facts of Wards that have produced Council Chairmen, House Of Assembly, Reps in just one dispensation. Why didn’t they refute that?
What about a leader that became Council Chairman for two term and he is now a Commissioner. How many writing does Mr. Douye and the BNCEJ did to stop it?

In the case of Dr. Shedrack Agediga, DESOPADEC is for oil producing areas only and Ogulagha Kingdom is qualify to be in that board back-to-back, not some Wards like Mr Douye’s own that produces water-snail and sharp sand.

Ogulagha Kingdom has been politically marginalized for long and we deserve to produce the next Council Chairman.

We are calling on the Governor of our dear state Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori, party leaders and stakeholders to beware from the likes of Mr Douye and the BNCEJ, who are nothing but ignorant men that doesn’t mean good for the Ogulagha people but want to enjoy their Wealth. He added
