The Ijaw Publishers’ Forum (IPF) has extended warm congratulations to the Registrar of the Nigerian Maritime University, Dr. Paul Bebenimo, on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as an accomplished administrator and dedicated educationist whose contributions continue to impact the nation’s maritime and academic sectors.
In a goodwill message signed by the Secretary of the Forum, Tare Magbei, the IPF commended Dr. Bebenimo for his commitment to excellence, professionalism, and institutional development at the Nigerian Maritime University.
