The Member Representing Burutu State Constituency 1 in the Delta State House of Assembly, Hon. Alapala Anthony Ebitonmo, has joined well-meaning Niger Deltans and Nigerians in celebrating one of the Niger Delta’s finest technocrats, High Chief Dr. Dennis Burutu Otuaro, on the occasion of his birthday.
In his congratulatory message, Hon. Alapala described Dr. Otuaro as a reformer, astute administrator, and accomplished technocrat, commending his remarkable contributions and achievements over the years, particularly in his capacity as the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP).
Hon. Alapala noted that Dr. Otuaro assumed leadership of the Amnesty Office at a critical period, stressing that his wealth of experience, administrative competence, and commitment to the development of the Niger Delta have contributed significantly to the effective implementation of the Programme.
He further commended Dr. Otuaro’s dedication to empowering youths, promoting human capital development, and advancing initiatives aimed at improving the lives and prospects of beneficiaries and communities across the Niger Delta.
While wishing High Chief Dr. Dennis Burutu Otuaro a joyous and fulfilling birthday celebration, Hon. Alapala prayed for God’s continued divine protection, sustenance, good health, and greater wisdom for him as he continues to discharge his responsibilities as Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme.
He expressed confidence that Dr. Otuaro will continue to bring his wealth of experience and expertise to bear in advancing the objectives of the Programme and contributing meaningfully to the peace, stability, and development of the Niger Delta region.
