On behalf of the Ijaw Publishers’ Forum (IPF), we extend our warmest congratulations to the His Excellency Deacon Kingsley Brutu Otuaro on the occasion of his birth anniversary. Today, we celebrate a man who has dedicated his life to public service and has made a significant impact in the lives of the people of Delta State.
As the immediate past deputy governor of Delta State, Deacon Otuaro has displayed exemplary leadership, demonstrating humility and compassion towards the people he served. He has been a strong advocate for the development of the Niger Delta and has worked tirelessly to promote peace and unity among all ethnic groups in the state.
