The Ijaw Youth Council, IYC, Ogulagha Clan structure has congratulate Comr. Williams Welemu, Clan Rep IYC 5th and 6th Mobile Parliament on his very deserving appointment as Special Assistant, SA, to the Governor of Delta State on Security.
In a statement by it’s Chairman, Comr. Louis Ogori Guwor, Council describe the appointment as a testament of hardwork, dedication and commitment as well as loyalty to service.
They laud Welemu’s astute qualities, doggedness and humility to service which has earn him a place in government and history.
Meanwhile, the group also commend His Excellency, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori, the Executive Governor of Delta State for finding a son of Ogulagha Kingdom worthy for such appointment.
They also laud his M.O.R.E Agenda for all inclusiveness particularly for including youths in his administration.
Council, however, wishes Comr. Welemu divine wisdom in his new office and pray that God continue to take him to a higher height to serve humanity.
