Vice Chairman of Burutu Local Government Council, Hon. Chief Combolous Ikisa has Congratulates the immediate past Governor of Delta State, Sen Ifeanyi Okowa CON as he turn 64 today.
Ikisa, in a goodwill message to newsmen in Warri, lauds Okowa’s SMART Agenda and sterling leadership qualities, describing him as the strong man of Delta politics.
According to him, Okowa is a fine gentleman, astute politician and a perfect definition of a great leader.
“I find it a rare privilege joining millions across the world, with your friends, family, well wishers and loved ones to celebrate my leader and boss on this historic day of his birth anniversary.
“Your contribution to democracy in Delta State and Nigeria at large is commendable. As a man of peace, you brought unprecedented peace which fast track development in our dear state.
“The Ekwueme of the universe, a lover of peace, a true democrat and a pathfinder.
On behalf of my family, and Political associates, I wish you a very resounding birth anniversary and wish you higher upliftment, and longevity.
