The Ogungbeinwei of Ogulagha Kingdom Double Chief Francis Boumiebi JP has congratulated the The Ebenanawei of Ogulagha Kingdom, HRM Elder Capt Dr. King Joseph I Timiyan JP, on the very memorable, auspicious occasion of his natal anniversary.
Chief Boumiebi, a former Senior Special Assistant, SSA, to the Delta State Government on Political Matters hail Agbonu’s immense contribution to both national and state development, as well as to traditional institution in Ijaw land.
