Rotimi Amaechi Called To Nigerian Bar

Rt. Hon. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi, the immediate past Minister of Transportation has been called to bar.

He was called to the Bar as Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria Bar on Monday, March 5, 2024.

Reacting in a statement on Monday, The Centre for Public Trust, a non-profit organisation congratulated the politician.

In a statement released by the interim Executive Secretary, Dr Salisu Mohammed, the organisation expressed joy and celebration for Amaechi’s achievement in fulfilling his father’s dream for him to become a lawyer.

The Centre for Public Trust commended Amaechi ”as a leader who has left an enduring legacy of infrastructural development across the country and has consistently demonstrated patriotism and unwavering commitment to public service.”

The group acknowledged Amaechi’s proven track record and leadership qualities, describing him as ”a compassionate leader with much to offer to Nigeria.”

”In light of this significant accomplishment, the Centre for Public Trust sends its best wishes to Amaechi, praying for God’s wisdom and protection in his new legal journey.

”The Centre for Public Trust plans to organise a special reception for Mr Amaechi in Abuja following the formal event, expressing gratitude for his continued contributions to the nation,” the statement concluded.
