Delta State Governor Sheriff Oborevwori on Wednesday received Samuel Erukoghene Okoro who rode a bicycle for 10 days from Damaturu in Yobe State to Asaba to meet him
Samuel is a Deltan from Orhuwhorun in Udu LGA and resides in Damaturu, Yobe State. Heembarked on the journey on Saturday, December 9, and arrived Asaba on Wednesday December 20.
Gov. Sheriff Oborevwori congratulated him for the successful journey and assured that he would continue to deliver the dividends of democracy to Deltans who entrusted him with their votes
“To ride on bicycle from Damaturu in Yobe State to Delta State for 10 days is a big risk and I want to assure all Deltans that with all the love and risk people took to support me, I will not disappoint Deltans.” the Governor said.
