IYC Scribe Recommend Amb Shedrack Agediga, Appeal to Delta Governor Oborevwori, for Higher Responsibility

An IYC Scribe from the oil rich Obotobo 1 Community, Ogulagha Kingdom, Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State, Comr. Ato Deck Pere has written to the Governor of Delta State, Rt Hon Sheriff Francis Oborevwori, recommending Amb. Shedrack Agediga to be saddled with a higher responsibility in his administration.

The former Clan Chairman of the Ijaw Youth Council, IYC, Ogulagha Clan structure reiterated the fact that Agediga is a promise keeper, who have dutifully and credibly performed beyond expectations as Executive Director of DESOPADEC.

He stated that his appeal to Governor Oborevwori is born out of the fact that Agediga as a visionary leader and seasoned administrator will bring out his expertise and wealth of experience in consolidating and advancing the M.O.R.E Agenda to Deltans.

While serving as Executive Director, Research Planning and Statistics, DESOPADEC, in the immediate past board, Agediga brought the dividends of democracy to the grassroot level via even distribution of school desk, renovation and reconstruction of school buildings, medical and health equipments among others.
And his impact on human capital empowerments was greatly felt across board.

In his words, Deck Pere said “Your Excellency, ranging from the wealth of experience and administrative sagacity, I appeal that you give Amb Shedrack Agediga a higher responsibility in your administration. He as performed credibly well as an Executive Director of DESOPADEC.

“He coordinate, organized and financed the Team Shedrack Agediga Riverine Mobilisation Campaign for PDP and ensures the PDP remain a party to beat in the riverine areas.

“It is therefore my appeal as well as many others who are proponents of good governance and believers of your M.O.R.E Agenda to consider and give him a bigger responsibility in your administration”.
