Governor Siminalayi Fubara on Thursday, in Port Harcourt, recieves and confers on Super Eagles goalkeeper, Stanley Nwabali, the award of ‘Distinguished Service Star of Rivers State’ (DSSRS).
The Governor also gifted him N20 million and gave N30 million to the Super Eagles’ technical staff, led by Jose Peseiro.
