The Executive Chairman of Burutu Local Government, Hon. ( Chief) Combolous Ikisa has congratulated the former law maker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Hon. Asupa Forteta on the occasion of his birth anniversary.
The council chairman’s congratulatory message today highlighted Asupa Forteta as a leader who possesses extraordinary leadership qualities.
Chief Combolous expressed happiness over the birthday celebration, saying he is proud to have Asupa as a leader.
He emphasized that the former House of Assembly member has “shown through character and resilience that standing for your people in order to fast track development for them is an essential ingredient to the growth of societal development.
