The leadership of the Ijaw Youth Council, IYC, Western Zone has congratulated the duo of Napoleon Kenerekedi and Marbo Adams Ogomugo on their appointments in the board of Presidential Amnesty Programme, PAP.
In a statement by Chairman of the Zone, Dr. Doubra Okotete, he expressed deep gratitude to Dr. Dennis Otuaro, the PAP Boss for finding them worthy.

This is to congrarulate our illustrious son’s Comr. Napoleon Kenerekedi — Apc Youth Leader Delta State and Comr. Marbo Adams Ogomugo — Immidiate past Chairman IYC Abuja & Northern Nigeria Chapter, on thier well deserved appointment as SSA and Head, Peace Building & Conflict Resolution/ Stakeholders Management Unit Presidential Amnesty Program. As Ijaw youths, we are glad and wish to congratulate you both on your well deserved call to service to our dear Niger Delta region and by extenaion Nigeria as a nation.
We also wish to thank and express our gratitude to High Chief Dennis Otuaro PhD– Administrator Presidential Amnesty Program for finding tge duo worthy to serve in the aformentioned capacities. Indeed the duo has served Ijaw nation and humity passionately and deligently hence, can be ascribed as a square peg in a square hole..
I therefore, On behalf of all the entire Ijaw Youths across Delta, Edo & Ondo States and by extension all zones and chapter that i am opportune to lead as chairman register our appreciation to High Chief Dennis Otuaro PhD sir.
While we continue to pledge our unalloid loyalty and unwavering support in creating the enabling environment for the needed innovations and development, be rest assured of our prayers and support.
It’s our prayer for God Almighty to continually bless and imbue you all with the needed strength and wisdom to reposition things for good as we are already acknowledging the testament of the positove steps the new PAP boss is taking to consolidate on the gains of the Niger Delta struggle.
