Kiagbodo Youth Leader and Niger Delta activist, Comr. Suoware Paulinus Gesi-owei has rolled out barrels of felicitation to Chief Ebikeme Clark on his appointment and inauguration as Commissioner for Riverine Infrastructure and Member of the State Executive Council, SEC.
According to him, Clark’s appointment is a testament to his antecedents and enduring legacies.
In his goodwill message made available to Briga Media, Suoware describe Clark has a leader of infinitesimal value and a worthy son of Ngbilebiri kingdom.
He urges him to use his new office to fast track infrastructural development in the Delta riverine that is mostly inhabited by the Ijaws.
“The Ijaws have suffered lack of government presence despite massive votes to successive PDP Government in Delta State.
“With this new ministry and as head, we are hopeful, gleeful and filled with euphoria that the presence of the government and most importantly, the dividend of democracy will be felt by the local people.
He however, wishes for God to grant him the needed wisdom to carryout task of his new office to the blessings of Deltans.
