Chairman of the biggest and most populated Ward in Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State, Comr. Julius Bekenawei has heartily congratulate Chief Hon. Combolous Ikisa, the immediate past Chairman, Burutu Local Government on his appointment as Executive Assistant to the Governor of Delta State on Oil and Gas.
The Ward 11 PDP Chair who describe the appointment as well deserving and a reward for dedication, commitment, faithfulness and hardwork.
In his Congratulatory message to Briga News, Bekenawei commend the resilience and virtue of patience of Chief Ikisa, stating that he his truly a God fearing leader.
The capacity ward chairman also appreciates the Executive Governor of Delta State, His Excellency, Rt Hon (Elder) Sheriff Francis Oborevwori for finding Hon Ikisa worthy.
Stating that his M.O.R.E Agenda is truly yielding positive impact that is visible to the blind and audible to the deaf.
He asserts that Ikisa’s expertise in the Oil and Gas sector is topnotch and will be put into practical use in advancing Delta particularly the M.O.R.E agenda of His Excellency, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori.
Hon. Chief Combolous Ikisa is a former Vice Chairman, and immediate past Chairman, Burutu Local Government Area.
An Odimodi-born astute politician, Oil and Gas expert and business mogul.
He is a dogged Chieftain of the PDP since 1999 till date.
