Greetings to His Excellency, the Governor of Delta State
The Pan-Bomadi Collaboration is delighted to extend warm greetings to His Excellency, the Governor of Delta State, RT Hon. Sheriff Francis Oborevwore, as we commend Honorable Dagidi Rawlings andaye, Executive Council Chairman of Bomadi Local Government Area, for his remarkable achievements in his one year in office.
Convener Hon Meshach Ogbona expressed heartfelt appreciation and admiration for Chairman Dagidi’s commitment to putting the people first in his administration. In a statement, Ogbona highlighted the fourteen impactful projects commissioned by Chairman Dagidi, demonstrating his dedication to Bomadi LGA’s development and well-being.
“These projects showcase your leadership’s clear understanding of our people’s needs, and your efforts to address them are truly commendable,” Ogbona stated. The Pan Bomadi Collaboration prayed for continued strength, wisdom, and guidance for Chairman Dagidi as he completes his good work.
“Your leadership has blessed our communities, and we’re confident you’ll continue making a positive impact in our people’s lives,” the statement read. Ogbona commended Chairman Dagidi’s vision, courage, and commitment to serving the communities, noting his administration’s people-centric approach has earned admiration and respect.
The Pan-Bomadi Collaboration congratulated Chairman Dagidi on his achievements and looked forward to more years of service. “May God bless you and guide you as you continue serving our people,” the statement concluded.

3. The Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori Ultra-Modern Multipurpose Event Centre, named in honor of our esteemed First Lady, in recognition of her tireless efforts in promoting community development and social welfare.
4. A Model Chapel, envisioned as a sanctuary for spiritual growth and community unity.
5. Construction of concrete Pavements with Drainage leading to the Chairman’s Office, improving sanitation, mobility, and flood mitigation.
6. A Residential Building for the High Court Judge, boosting judicial independence.
7. Full Renovation of the High Court Complex/Chambers, enhancing access to justice.
8. Construction of High Court Road, improving road safety and accessibility.
9. Residential Quarters for Principal Officers, enhancing staff welfare.
10. Renovation of I.A and Accountant Quarters, improving civil service conditions.
11. Construction of Engr Atlas Obi Way, off Dabapou Road, Bomadi, improving road safety and accessibility.
12. Painting of Secretariat Offices, providing a dignified and productive work environment.
13. Rehabilitation of the Main Pavilion, serving as a hub for civic engagement.
14. Connecting Bomadi Local Government Area to the National Grid, ending 15 years of darkness and ushering in stable electricity across Bomadi and Kpakiama Communities.

A. Empowerment Programs:
Beyond infrastructure, Hon. Andaye has placed people at the heart of governance. His administration has launched inclusive initiatives that uplift the vulnerable, empower the youth, and honor the elderly.
✓ Bomadi Elderly Citizens Empowerment Programme (BECEP): Through the Bomadi Elderly Citizens Empowerment Programme (BECEP), over 400 elderly citizens now receive monthly stipends—restoring dignity and providing financial relief.
✓ The Bomadi Skill Acquisition and Empowerment Programme: This programme has trained young people in vital trades including catering, chemical production, wig making, makeup, and shoemaking—unlocking fresh opportunities for economic independence.
✓ Empowerment and Intervention Programme for Persons with Disabilities and the Underprivileged: The Bomadi Local Government Area’s Empowerment and Intervention Programme, provides support and empowerment to persons with disabilities and the underprivileged, aiming to provide financial assistance, promote inclusivity and social justice, and enhance their quality of life.
𝗕. 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗜𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀:
✓ Provision of furniture and electrical equipment for the Bomadi General Hospital
✓ Partnering with the Local Government Health Authority on disease surveillance and immunization programs
✓ Containment of disease epidemic like the recent cholera outbreak in Bomadi Local Government Area
C. Education and Skills Development:
✓ Provided educational materials and writing aids for primary school pupils
✓ Reactivation of the Bomadi Local Government Vocation Centers
D. Security and Conflict Resolution:
✓ Inaugurated the Bomadi Local Government Security/Advisory Council
✓ Brokering peace accords between Okoloba and Okuama communities
✓ Resolving disputes between Ogodobiri and Ezebiri communities
✓ Addressing intra-communal conflicts in Kalafuigbene community
✓ Provided financial support and increase allowances of security chiefs and vigilantes
✓ Provision of Patrol vehicles for the Police and Vigilante
✓ Enhanced logistics and equipment for efficient security surveillance
✓ Conducted training programs to boost capacity and expertise
✓ Provision of accommodation for JTF and Eagle-Net
E. Flood Control and Environmental Sustainability
Understanding the perennial flood challenges in our area, the Dagidi-led administration has implemented proactive measures to mitigate its impact:
✓ Comprehensive drainage clearing and maintenance
✓ Enforcement of monthly environmental sanitation exercises
✓ Community sensitization and awareness programs
✓ Flood control measures at Bomadi, Kpakiama, Ogriagbene, etc.
