Member representing Sagbama/Ekeremor Federal Constituency in the House Of Representative, Hon Fred Agbedi has stated that he will not appeal the tribunal judgement ordering for a rerun in the affected Wards of about 26,000 voters.
According to him, the court has given it’s verdict, so no need appealing.
In a press briefing, on Friday, 8 September, 2023, after hearing the verdict of the Tribunal, Agbedi states that as directed by the court, within 90 Days, let’s meet at the polls.
The PDP will harvest the 26,000 votes and will remain victorious at all times.
Recall that the National Assembly tribunal sitting in Yenagoa, the Bayelsa State capital has ordered a rerun of affected Wards and polling units where elections were marred by violence during the February 25th, National Assembly elections between Fred Agbedi of the PDP and Michael Olomu of the APC in the Sagbama/Ekeremor Federal Constituency.
