Apex youth leadership body housing all youths in the oil rich Ogulagha Kingdom, Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State, operating under the auspices of Ogulagha Kingdom Youth Council, OKYC, has written to the executive Governor of Delta State, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori enjoining him to consider Amb Shedrack Agediga for a bigger responsibility in his administration.
According to them, Agediga is a man of the people particularly the youths.
His worth and impact as the immediate past Executive Director of the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission, DESOPADEC, was felt by all and sundry.
While speaking to Briga News Correspondent, President of the revered OKYC, Comr. Roland Pere-ebi Dede had particularly and immensely appreciate the immediate past Governor, Sen. Ifeanyi Okowa for saddling Agediga with such responsibility, noting that it brought out the leadership acumen and capacity in the Sokebolou born politician.

Dede, who spoke on behalf of the Youths stressed that Agediga is youth friendly, a visionary, sagacious, an administrator as well as an ambassador of peace. Therefore, understand the challenges and dynamics of the society and the average citizen.
He stated that “haven’t seen the good and impactful works done by Amb Shedrack Agediga as Executive Director of DESOPADEC, there is no doubt that he will do more to impact Deltans particularly with the vision driven M.O.R.E Agenda of His Excellency.
“As youths who hails from Ogulagha Kingdom, the highest producers of the liquid gold in Delta State, we appealed and urges that Agediga be considered and be reposed with a higher appointment.
