Rt Hon Emomotimi Guwor, Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, yesterday, Friday joined His Excellency, the Governor of Delta State Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori to inaugurate two key projects: the Delta State Model Secondary School in Ogulagha, Burutu Local Government Area, and the Faculty Building and Lecture Halls at the Nigerian Maritime University, Warri South-West Local Government Area.
Rt. Hon. Guwor expressed gratitude to Governor Oborevwori for prioritizing coastal communities through his MORE mantra, ensuring they benefit from the state’s growth. He also commended the governor for approving the rehabilitation of the 12.1 km Odimodi-Okuntu-Ogulagha Road and the construction of a road to the Nigerian Maritime University’s permanent site.
This harmonious collaboration between the Delta State House of Assembly and the governor’s office demonstrates their commitment to the state’s overall development and interests aligning with the MORE Agenda which is the administration’s testament to enhancing education and infrastructure in Delta State.
