As Deltans mark and celebrate the 32nd anniversary of their state creation, Niger Delta Activist, social crusader and publisher, Comr Keneware Emmanuel has felicitate Deltans on the anniversary.
Delta State was created alongside eight others by Military President, General Ibrahim Badamosi Babangida, 27th August, 1991.
Since it’s creation, it has witnessed different regimes and administrations both military and civilian.
In a statement signed and made available to newsmen, Keneware extol the resilience, perseverance, peaceful and law abiding nature of Deltans, and their zeal for the betterment of the state.
He eulogize the different leaders that have ruled the state from inception and their impact as well as contributions to the development, growth and progress of the state.
Speaking further, Comr Keneware expresses confidence in Governor Sheriff Oborevwori’s M.O.R.E Agenda for Deltans, saying it is a consolidation of the gains of previous administration meant to advance the state.
He also urges Deltans irrespective of political affiliations, social status and spheres of life to embrace the agenda and visionary developmental strides of Governor Oborevwori. As he meant well for the good people of the state.
