The Court of Appeal sitting in Lagos has upholds the judgment of the tribunal sacking the member representing Burutu North Constituency, in the Delta State House Of Assembly, Hon Ebitonmo Alapala.
The court upholds that INEC should withdraw his certificate of return.
The appeal court also upholds that a rerun be conducted in the affected four units where there was over voting.
Hon Asupa Forteta of the PDP has petition INEC declarations of Hon Ebitonmo Alapala of the APC winner of the state assembly elections in Burutu North Constituency of Delta State and the Court has ruled in his favour.
