Youth leader and Niger Delta advocate, Comr. Ato Deck Pere has rolled out barrels of felicitation to Comr. Austine Tukorogha, President Ogulagha Youth Association on the auspicious occasion of his birth anniversary.
In his goodwill message made available to Briga Media, Ato Deck describe Tukorogha as a “man of the people” whose legacies and footprint speaks in volume and intensity.
“You have proven to be a leader of infinitesimal value. Your top notch, sagacious and intellectual leadership is second to none.
“You have shown and proven strong leadership capacity with a milk of human kindness flowing endlessly to all and sundry.
A man of humility and strong moral principle.
“On behalf of my family, I celebrate with you and wish you many more happy returns in good health and wisdom to excel.
