Renowned Niger Delta youth leader, Advocate and politician from the oil rich Obotobo 1 Community, Comr. Ato Deck Pere has congratulate the member representing Burutu Federal Constituency in the House Of Representative and Chairman House Committee on Environment, Rt Hon Julius Gbabujor Pondi on his victory at the appeal court.
Ato Deck who describe the judgment as a victory for democracy, states that the legal battle is finally over.
According to him, the will of Burutu people will continue to prevail against any back door arrangements.
“Pondi’s mandate can’t be stolen, because it is the outright will of the people. He is the finest lawmaker in Burutu and the people voted massively for him”.
