Ato Deck Pere ‘ a man with a heart of gold ‘ on his memorable, historic and special occasion of his birth anniversary.
Deck Pere, a former Chairman of the Ijaw Youth Council, IYC, Ogulagha Clan structure has in no doubt contributed immensely to the Niger Delta struggle with his strong advocacy for the betterment of the region.
