Vice Chairman of the Ijaw Youth Council, IYC, Ogulagha Clan, Comr. Luis Nadifa has showers barrels of encomium on Comr. Victor Oyinke Isereke on his prestigious achievement of Doctor of Philosophy, PhD, in leadership and strategic studies from the Institute of Governance and Development Studies, Federal University, Lokoja.
In a congratulatory message made available to Briga News in Warri, Nadifa states that “Isereke is a dignifying personality worthy of emulation. He is a silent achiever, tactful, calculative, empirically minded and vigorously inclined”.
“An inspirator, youth builder and one who wants youth to be self reliance. A man of his words that means well for all around him.
