The revered Ijaw Youth Council, IYC, Ogulagha Clan has felicitate with the Paramount ruler of the ancient Ogulagha Kingdom, and Chairman, Delta Traditional Rulers Forum, HRM Elder Capt King Joseph I Timiyan JP, PhD, Torubobor 1, Agbonu, the Ebenanawei of Ogulagha Kingdom on the epoch making occasion of his natal anniversary.
The IYC commend the Paramount ruler for his charismatic and leadership role as well as fatherly disposition.
They acknowledge his wealth of experience and visionary leadership thus far.
