Member representing Burutu Federal Constituency in the House Of Representative, Abuja, has being declared winner by the National Assembly tribunal sitting in Asaba.
Candidate of the APC, Dr. Agbeotu has petition the victory of Pondi, alleging electoral fraud in the February 25th, National Assembly elections.
But the tribunal has dismisses the petition, declaring Pondi the authentic winner.
