•••Calls for Calm and Prayers for the Growth and Development of Nigeria under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu
As Muslims around the world celebrate Eid-el-Kabir, a significant festival in the Islamic calendar, Delta APC Founding Leader, Olorogun Otega Emerhor OON, extends his warmest greetings and congratulations to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the Muslim community in Nigeria. He uses this occasion to call for calm and unity, emphasizing the need for prayers for the growth and development of Nigeria under the President Tinubu.
According to Olorogun Emerhor, “Eid-el-Kabir, also known as the Festival of Sacrifice, holds great religious importance for Muslims in Nigeria and around the world, stating that, It is a time for reflection, spiritual renewal, and sharing of gifts and blessings with families, friends and those that are less privileged.
Olorogun Emerhor further emphasized the importance of calm and unity in these challenging times, expressing the fact, that, Nigeria, like many other countries, faces various socio-economic, religious and political issues that require collective effort, prayers and a sense of purpose to address effectively. He said this year’s Eid-el-Kabir celebrations offers Nigerians an ample opportunity to come together and fervently pray for the well-being of the nation, its citizens and President Tinubu, noting that he believes that backing the President’s vast experience, visionary leadership and commitment to nation building and national progress with prayers, Nigeria will experience sustained growth and development.
Olorogun Otega Emerhor concluded by reiterating his warm wishes for a joyous and peaceful Eid celebrations and encouragd Nigerians to embrace the spirit of sacrifice, generosity, and compassion that Eid-el-Kabir represents, stating that, by working together, praying for the nation’s progress, and supporting the leadership of President Tinubu, a brighter future marked by peace, prosperity, and inclusive development awaits Nigeria.
