Niger Delta youth leader, advocate and security expert, Leader Ato Deck Pere has Congratulated Delta State brand new Executive Governor, Rt Hon (Elder) Sheriff Francis Oborevwori on successful inauguration.
The dogged and diehard PDP chieftain states that he is euphoric, haven’t seen Oborevwori’s robust and giant strides as Speaker of the Delta State House Of Assembly.
