The apex Supreme Court of Nigeria has declared Senator Ademola Adeleke of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, as the validly elected Governor of Osun state.
This was contained in the judgment of the five-man panel of the apex court led by Justice Emmanuel Akomaye Agim, while dismissing the appeal filed by the candidate of the All Progressives Congress for the 2022 Governorship Candidate, Gboyega Oyetola, noted that the appellant failed to proof overvoting.
