The leadership of the revered Ijaw Youth Council, IYC, Ogulagha Clan is set to hold a one-day summit and business support program in the Clan.
The program which is first of it’s kind, promises to be intellectually loaded, educative, entertaining and fun-filled. As it includes discussants on the Niger Delta struggle.
The program is themed: Oil and the Niger Delta Struggle; The Ogulagha Kingdom Experience.
Which will be dealt with by the National Secretary Ag, Ijaw Youth Council, IYC, Worldwide, Amb. Egelu Bright Edise-emi.
It will also feature key stakeholders of Council in Ogulagha Clan, which includes Dr. Doubra Collins Okotete, immediate past Chairman, IYC Western Zone and leading Presidential Aspirant IYC Worldwide, Hon Williams Ayoromighan Welemu Jnr, Clerk of the 6th Mobile Parliament, IYC Worldwide and Comr. Samuel Ebiarede Uyadongha, Assistant Secretary, IYC, Western Zone. While the Chief Host is Comr Keneware Peremobowei Emmanuel, Chairman, IYC, Ogulagha Clan.
The event will also feature business support for at least ten SME owners across the kingdom.
However, it was learnt that Dignitaries from across the various Zones and Chapters of the Ijaw Youth Council has also been billed to attend the event.
The event is schedule to hold on Saturday 25th April, 2026, at Sokebolou Community, Ogulagha Kingdom, Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State.
The general public is hereby invited.
