As the local Government elections draws closer in Delta State, renowned youth socio-political group operating under the aegis of Ogulagha Youth Initiative, OYI, congratulates Chief Julius Takeme, the Olotu of Obotebe Kingdom on his meritorious emergence as the PDP Chairmanship Flagbearer Burutu Local Government.
In a statement issued by the group’s President, Comr. Bright Guwor, they describe Takeme as a unifier, season administrator and astute politician with strong political will and leadership sagacity.
The group drum support for Takeme/Evah Chairmanship, urging Burutu people to massively support and vote for them.
They maintained that Takeme will consolidate on the gains of the previous administration led by Hon Godknows Angele. Thereby, bringing and evenly distributing the dividend of democracy to the grassroot people.
The group averred that Burutu will take a new turn and witnessed developmental stride with Chief Takeme in the helms of affairs.
It will be recalled that Chief Julius Takeme is the PDP Delta South Senatorial Chairman, who miraculously emerged as the PDP Flagbearer for Burutu Council Chairmanship.
