The Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon Emomotimi Guwor, has extended a warm reception to the Speaker, Rt. Hon. Blessing Sheriff Agbebaku and other members of the Edo State House of Assembly, who are in Asaba for a three-day retreat.
The retreat, themed “Improving Service Delivery through Effective and Complementary Legislative Interventions,” aims towards knowledge acquisition and setting an agenda for the State lawmakers.
Rt. Hon. Guwor, in his address, encouraged his Edo counterparts to enjoy the hospitality and ambiance of Asaba, the Delta State capital, while also engaging in productive discussions and explore ways to enhance their legislative duties and service delivery to their constituents while promoting effective governance and legislative best practices during the retreat
