Renowned and one of Niger Delta Finest Activist, Comr Keneware Emmanuel popularly known as the Pentiger has felicitate with Comr. Dr. Doubra Collins Okotete as he clock another milestone age.
According to him, the IYC Western Zone boss, has proven capacity, competency, foresight and visionary leadership as his legacies speaks loud in volume and intensity.
In his good will message, he describe Dr. Doubra Collins Okotete as a worthy ambassador fit to be entrusted with a more higher and befitting leadership position.
He states that under the visionary leadership of Dr. Okotete, the Western Zone of the Ijaw Youth Council is comfortably building a secretariat, it also made the Delta State Government to provide two brand new executive buses for the movement of Council activities.
Also and more importantly, the Western Zone can now celebrate Boro’s day on its own without traveling far to the Central Zone.
Dr. Doubra Collins Okotete, a medical practitioner, having this landmark achievement is worth commendable and applauded.
However, as you clock and add another great feat to your nest, it is my sincere and heartfelt prayer that you continue to bask in grace and glory in good health, blessings, upliftment and goodness.
