Do You know Who Is Ibraham Traore?
His name is Captain Ibrahim Traoré. At 35, he is the youngest president in the World. Traoré is the President/Head of State of Burkina Faso.
With his colleagues in the military, they successfully overthrew the civilian government of Burkina Faso in 2022 and seized power. He has since been hailed as the new Thomas Sankara of modern times in West Africa.
He is so much against neocolonialism in West Africa. He recently cut the exportation of critical mineral resources to Western Countries who he views as enemies of development in Africa whose sole aim is to loot Africa’s resources. He even sent away all foreign troops including France’s forces.
During his speech in the recently concluded Africa-Russia Summit, Captain Ibrahim Traoré said, “African leaders must stop behaving like puppets that dance every time the imperialists pull the strings… How is Africa with so much wealth on its soil, abundant nature, water, and abundant sunlight be the poorest continent in the World?”
West Africa, is recorded as the heartland of coups and revolution in Africa.
