In a massively turnup meeting, the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, Burutu Local Government Area has vowed to reclaimed the mandate of the people in the 2027 general election.
In a meeting held in Warri on September 30th, 2025 at Bimos Hotel, supporters, party faithful, stewards, chieftains, stakeholders and leaders of the party pledged their unwavering loyalty to the PDP.

Speaking in the meeting, Comr. Jackson Agbor, Chairman of the party in Burutu LGA states that the PDP is fully on ground, as it cut across the 11 Wards in the local government.
He declares that the party will reclaim all her stolen mandate come 2027.
“Those who are in the party is far more than those that left.
Our party is a grassroot party and the grassroot is strongly and solidly behind us. Therefore, we will reclaim all our mandates back in the 2027 elections.
“We should therefore remain united in love and oneness as a party. Our days of glory is finally here, Agbor stated.
Recalled that the Burutu PDP held her general meeting at Bimos Hotel, Warri. The meeting was well attended by all the 11 Wards in the LGA, including stakeholders, supporters, party chieftains and leaders.
The meeting was also attended by the Acting State Chairman of the PDP, Hon Emmanuel Ogidi, who was represented by Chief Godwin Agbana.
